Job summary

RevUp Consulting is recruiting for a senior Private Banking Operations leader in Singapore to oversee daily operations across wealth management products. You will guide the team, ensure timely processing of transactions, and manage end-to-end investment processing with a focus on strong operational controls.

You will lead a hands-on team, address daily workflow challenges, and implement process improvements to reduce风险 and enhance efficiency within a regional private bank environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance with 8+ years in private banking or wealth mgmt ops.
• Strong knowledge of private banking products and wealth management operations.
• Experience leading a team and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Private Banking Operations activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the operations team, managing daily workflows and issues.
• Handle end-to-end investment processing: trade booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation and exception handling across wealth products.
• Perform reconciliations and controls including cash, positions, and transaction monitoring; investigate discrepancies.
• Process deposits, remittances and asset transfers.
• Handle payment processing activities in SWIFT Alliance, including release of SWIFT payments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Support ad-hoc projects, reporting and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Private Banking Operations activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring effective management of daily workflows and operational issues.
• Handle end‑to‑end investment processing, including trade booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation and exception handling across wealth management products.
• Perform reconciliations and controls, including cash, positions and transaction monitoring, and investigate and resolve discrepancies and breaks.
• Process deposits, remittances and asset transfers.
• Handle payment processing activities in SWIFT Alliance, including the release of SWIFT payments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, reporting and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with min 8 years of relevant banking experiences in private banking or wealth management operations.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, including bonds, equities, mutual funds, structured products (DCIs/FCNs), structured deposits and private equity funds.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to provide hands‑on guidance and direction.
