J.P. Morgan International Private Bank in Singapore seeks a Digital Concierge Specialist - Associate to support high and ultra-high-net-worth clients with digital experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.

You will liaise with advisers, CSS, product partners and operations to ensure a seamless online experience and provide targeted digital training. The role requires strong Mandarin, client-service mindset, and 2+ years in financial services.

Qualificações

• High proficiency in Mandarin is required to support China clients.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support new and existing clients by promoting JPM digital solutions and assisting with digital adoption.
• Collaborate with CSS Client Service and Advisors to help identify business opportunities.
• Respond to operational, technology, and administrative inquiries related to JPMorgan Private Banking and Digital Products.
• Share client feedback to help improve digital offerings and client satisfaction.
• Assist clients with day-to-day inquiries, including login and navigation support across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Coordinate with advisers, product partners, and operations teams to help resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and the client experience.
• Assist with projects related to website enhancements, including supporting business requirements review and participating in User Acceptance Testing.
• Support system demonstrations and help showcase digital tool benefits to internal and external clients.
• Assist in the development of training materials for digital knowledge initiatives.
