Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. International Private Bank in Singapore seeks an Associate in Client Service to be the primary contact for service needs of Private Bank clients.

You will work with bankers, clients, and product partners to deliver a seamless experience across all Private Bank products. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in client service/relationship management within private banking, with strong knowledge of KYC, cash management, and banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5 years of solid Client Service / Relationship Management experience from Private Bank.
• Good working knowledge of Private Banking products and related operational processes.
• High sensitivity to Private Banking Control standards in money transfers and related services.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to deepen client relationships.
• Able to interact with clients directly and resolve inquiries independently.
• Knowledge of systems and software including Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with external clients and Integrated team for day-to-day account administration and servicing.
• Provide proactive personalized service on transaction processing (deposits, loans, asset transfers, cash flow, etc).
• Assist clients with account maintenance requests (contacts, KYC, structure updates) per bank standards.
• Outreach proactively to clients for digital adoption.
• Assist Bankers in execution of credit facilities and remediation campaigns as required.
