Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking Support Client Advisors / Relationship Managers to service Private Banking clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions. You will assist with day-to-day client servicing, attend to client queries, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries and service issues promptly.

The role requires meticulous handling of banking and investment transactions and collaboration with Operations and Compliance to maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Banking Operations, Client Servicing or Sales Support within a financial institution.
• Candidates with experience supporting Relationship Managers, Client Advisors or high net worth clients will have an advantage.
• Good understanding of banking products, investment transactions and account servicing processes would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors / Relationship Managers in servicing Private Banking clients; ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
• Assist with day to day client servicing; attend to client queries and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries and service issues promptly.
• Process banking and investment transactions accurately and within required timelines; including Post Executed Trades (PET), account opening and onboarding, static data maintenance, asset transfers, deposits and loan related transactions.
