Job summary

talentvis singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a skilled banking professional to support Relationship Managers in private banking. You will handle client inquiries, assist with account openings, and ensure accurate documentation across banking and credit processes.

The role requires strong communication, Chinese language proficiency, and a solid understanding of banking procedures and credit/investment products. A degree and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• CACS Paper 1 and 2 preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Private Banking.
• Good knowledge of banking procedures.
• Good knowledge of credit and investment products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good team player with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in servicing private banking clients.
• Handle client enquiries on accounts, financial markets, and banking transactions.
• Assist with account opening and client documentation.
• Assist with securities and other banking transactions.
• Support credit proposals, credit amendments, and credit reviews.
• Monitor loans, deposits, remittances, and securities transactions.
• Assist in monitoring collateral and loan positions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
