Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Banking Client Services Associate to support Relationship Managers in servicing Private Banking clients. You will attend to client enquiries promptly, process transactions including PETs, account openings, asset transfers, deposits and loan processing, and prepare client reports.

The ideal candidate has at least a degree or diploma, 1 year of relevant banking experience, and the ability to engage confidently with High Net Worth clients.

Qualifications

• Degree, Polytechnic diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience preferred in client servicing, operations or sales support experience within Banking or Financial Institutions preferred
• Able to interact confidently with High Net Worth clients.
• CACS Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in servicing Private Banking clients.
• Attend to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process banking and investment transactions accurately, including:
• Post Executed Trades (PET)
• Account opening
• Static maintenance
• Asset transfers
• Deposits
• Loan processing
• Prepare reports and client documentation.
• Follow up with clients where required.
• Provide day to day administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Escalate service issues where appropriate.
