Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a Client Support professional in private banking to assist clients with inquiries and concerns about products and services, and to provide personalised service during client meetings with RMs.

You will manage client records, update addresses and IDs, monitor accounts for opportunities and risks, ensure compliance, prepare reports, and collaborate with product and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting relationship managers in wealth management or equivalent.
• Customer-facing, detail-oriented with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: assist clients with inquiries and concerns about private banking products and services.
• Client Meetings: prepare documentation and follow up on action items for meetings with clients and RMs.
• Account Management: update client records and change of mailing/registered addresses and contact details.
• Compliance and Documentation: ensure documents meet regulatory requirements for account opening and reviews.
• Monitoring and Reporting: support monitoring of client accounts for funding and risk.
• Collaboration: work with product specialists and operations to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Sales Support: assist in identifying new business opportunities and communicate with RMs.
