Job summary

PMG Asia Pacific PTE LTD invites a proactive Project Executive (Print & POSM) to lead end-to-end delivery of print and POSM campaigns in Singapore. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications and 3–5 years of project management experience, with strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience in POSM, print production, or related project management is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and vendors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage print and POSM projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring brand alignment.
• Coordinate communication and workflow between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Review artwork production and printing specifications for quality and compliance.
• Source quotations from suppliers to optimize costs and timelines.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and financial control.
• Maintain project documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery records.
• Identify and resolve production, quality, or delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
