Job summary

Health Sciences Authority is seeking a Principal Manager/Senior Manager/Manager (Innovation Engineering & Transformation) to lead user experience, service design and continuous improvement across regulatory services.

You will conduct user research, map journeys, and design future-state workflows, prototypes and AI-enabled solutions while aligning with regulatory and technology constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX and service design across regulatory or public service contexts.
• Ability to translate user needs into practical improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, prototyping.
• Hands-on frontend or software development is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and stakeholder journey mapping.
• Map current-state journeys and identify pain points and hand-offs.
• Co-design future-state journeys and workflows with process owners.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and interaction flows to test proposed experiences.
• Facilitate design reviews and iterate based on user feedback and implementation considerations.
• Define user-centered hypotheses, success measures and test plans for redesigned journeys.
• Prototype and test interim digital and AI-enabled solutions and translate validated concepts into requirements.
• Establish indicators to measure whether redesigned workflows improve experience, effort and processing time.
