ZSC HOLDINGS LIMITED Singapore Branch is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to join our Solution Consulting team. This hybrid role, reporting to the Director Sales Engineer, places you at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution for enterprise security solutions.

You will own the technical sales motion, foster executive-level relationships, and scale processes to ensure high-impact wins across the territory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven experience selling network security technologies (SD-WAN, SWG, proxies, firewalls, VPNs, DLP, SSL/IPsec, etc.).
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales motion from start to finish with enterprise clients.
• Refine and scale sales engineering processes for consistency and high performance.
• Act as a technical leader and executive sponsor for strategic customers and partners.
• Drive the technical strategy aligning security solutions with complex business needs.
