Zscaler is seeking a Senior Director, Sales Engineering, Greater Asia, based in Singapore. You will build a high‑performing pre‑sales leadership team, shape the technical sales strategy, and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive cross‑regional success.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and their use in security outcomes.
• Extensive experience leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering in enterprise software or security.
• Deep technical expertise across networking, cloud, and security, including Zero Trust, SSE/ZTNA, CASB/DLP, or CNAPP.
• Proven track record optimizing pre-sales operations and improving win rates.
• Strong executive presence with CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders while translating feedback into roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Greater Asia Solutions Consulting organization across key markets by hiring, developing, and retaining pre‑sales talent.
• Own the end‑to‑end technical sales motion from discovery to architecture and executive storytelling.
• Establish pipeline rigor through inspections, win/loss analyses, and capacity planning.
• Drive launch, enablement, and field readiness of security solutions (Zero Trust, SSE/ZTNA, CASB/DLP, CNAPP).
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to feed field insights into roadmaps and regional accounts.
