Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in semiconductor industry, with expertise in Cu backend integration.
• Broad knowledge of lithography, etch, diffusion/thin films, electroplating, CMP, bonding.
• Strong understanding of process development cycle including early pathfinding and scalability.
