Job summary

Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp, is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Infrastructure Platforms to own the vision, strategy and execution for Grab's core engineering platform that powers 1,000+ microservices and thousands of engineers.

You will report to the Head of Product, Technical Infrastructure and work onsite at Grab One North, supported by engineering and design teams, influencing how engineers experience their craft every day.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management in a technical context.
• Engineering or quantitative foundation to engage in technical discussions.
• Data-driven decision-making using usage and telemetry data.
• Strong executive storytelling for technical and non-technical leadership.
• Cross-functional influence across engineering, design and data science partners.
• AI tool fluency to enhance productivity and workflows.
• Adaptive, high-urgency execution across infrastructure, reliability and platform domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product roadmap end-to-end, aligning with engineering leadership.
• Set strategy and success metrics with clear KPIs and OKRs.
• Drive adoption of platform solutions with internal engineering customers.
• Write and iterate high-quality PRDs with engineering teams.
