Job summary

Discovermarket is seeking a hands-on Product Owner / Assistant Product Owner to translate partner needs into clear specifications for an AI-enabled embedded insurance platform. You will own platform capabilities, insurance propositions and partner journeys from discovery to production, shaping features with an engineering team using AI agents.

You will author intents, manage the ADLC processes, and ensure gate-approved delivery while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders across markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Product Owner/PM on B2B platforms, API or SaaS products.
• Experience taking product or platform strategy from discovery to launch.
• Ability to work in multi-country, multicultural teams.
• Comfort reading API specs (REST/OpenAPI) and discussing microservices.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap for platform area with partners and insurers.
• Lead discovery workshops and shape strategy, value propositions and goals.
• Write agent-ready intents and specs with acceptance criteria and UX flows.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage backlog and cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineers on API contracts and trade-offs.
• Validate AI-generated output against intent and acceptance criteria.
• Plan UAT with partners and drive production launches.
• Track outcomes post-release and feed learnings back into ADK.
