Sierra Ventures in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Manager to guide discovery, define product strategy, and ensure users understand the value of what we ship. You’ll collaborate with customers, integrators and Application engineers to translate learnings into shipped features and clear user materials.

Lead PMF initiatives, run interviews and tests, set telemetry with PostHog, and craft PRDs, briefs and marketing content with Claude AI.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in product management, preferably on B2B or technical software.
• Technical background with engineering or CS degree.
• Strong understanding of agile workflows and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with customer discovery that shaped what a team built.
• Fluency with Claude and ability to set up AI systems that improve workflows.
• Experience producing user-facing materials, such as user guides or onboarding content.
• Experience working with marketing or content teams using AI tools.
• Experience setting up and using product telemetry (e.g. PostHog).
• Experience coordinating user testing and analysing results to shape the product roadmap.
• Strong written communication and a clear writing style.

Responsabilidades

• Discover user workflows and define PMF-driven product direction.
• Interview customers, plan user-testing, and translate findings into the roadmap.
• Set up telemetry, define success metrics, and review results.
• Write PRDs and problem statements with scope and success metrics.
• Prioritize opportunities and keep the roadmap focused on PMF.
• Prototype concepts and maintain Jira/Confluence documentation.
• Create user guides and onboarding materials; produce media for users.
