Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and strategic Sr HR Business Partner to join our team. This role partners closely with the business leaders to deliver timely & quality services and solutions to meet business objectives. You need to jointly resolve people issues with partners, upholding clear line of communication, integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism at all times. This role acts as a catalyst and proactively manages organizational effectiveness and change.

Your Job
  • Execute HR processes e.g., Total Rewards and Annual Review, Talent and Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, etc.
  • Partner with line managers to provide independent perspective and appropriate solutions in all aspects of human resource matters such as resource planning, rewards strategy, performance management and retention and development initiatives.
  • Main point of contact for manufacturing employee relations (ER) matters and ensure fair, consistent and timely resolution of ER cases while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provides advice regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Analyze manpower reports for strategic workforce planning.
  • Partner with BU Head of Departments to organize internal All Hands communication and employee engagement sessions.
  • Organize and participate in employee team bonding activities.
  • Manage the formulation and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in related fields.
  • 4 to 6 years’ of relevant experience, ideally in the semiconductor, manufacturing or electronics industry.
  • Good knowledge of labour law / HR functions and processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact in a multi-cultural work environment.

  • A team player with strong analytical skills, integrity and a good understanding of HR practices and labour laws.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
