PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Finance professional to join the Finance Division as Principal Finance Executive on a 1-year temporary contract. You will manage day-to-day fixed assets accounting operations and ensure SB-FRS compliant reporting.

The role covers asset capitalisation, month-end closures, asset reconciliations, and supporting audits. You will engage stakeholders and provide advisory on asset classification and internal controls.

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in fixed assets.
• Knowledge of SB-FRS, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AI tools, SAP, data analytics/visualisation and RPA is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage asset capitalisation, transfers, disposals and reconciliations.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing, maintain accurate asset records and resolve discrepancies.
• Support asset confirmation exercises and address audit queries.
• Review assets-under-construction balances and capitalise completed contracts.
• Validate asset costs and ensure SB-FRS compliance.
• Work with project teams to prepare financial reports and schedules.
• Advise stakeholders on fixed asset accounting treatments and compliance with finance procedures.
• Guide stakeholders on fixed asset processes and follow up on outstanding transactions.
