Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years semiconductor wafer fabrication experience with dry etch expertise.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced etch processes to meet performance, yield, and quality targets.
• Create and optimize process recipes, monitor tool performance, and improve process stability.

You will also serve as a technical expert, providing mentorship and leading continuous improvement initiatives for advanced semiconductor process technologies.
