Ambition Singapore seeks an experienced Etch Process Engineer to lead development, optimization, and sustainment of advanced dry etch processes in a wafer fabrication environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years semiconductor wafer fabrication experience with dry etch expertise.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced etch processes to meet performance, yield, and quality targets.
• Create and optimize process recipes, monitor tool performance, and improve process stability.
• Analyze process data, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, FMEA, and process control methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, equipment suppliers, and technology partners for new process development.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the etch engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturing standards.
