Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Etch Process Engineer to develop and optimize advanced dry etch processes in a high‑volume wafer fabrication environment.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvements in productivity, yield, and process stability while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience with dry etch process engineering expertise.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, SPC, DOE and FMEA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving continuous process improvement preferred.
