Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced Principals with 5+ years at top strategy firms to train its language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations spanning deck architecture, storyline reviews, and executive synthesis for client deliverables.

This flexible, remote role requires expert PowerPoint skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written communication to produce partner-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) including team leadership at Principal level
• Deep expertise in structuring and quality-controlling full client deliverables
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as deck architecture, storyline reviews, executive-level synthesis, steering committee presentations, and quality control of slides
