Job summary

Adecco, partnering with a leading bank, seeks a Presentation & Graphics Designer in Singapore for a 12-month contract. You will craft high-quality presentations, including data visualizations, infographics, and layouts, and collaborate with the graphics and presentations team on pitch books and marketing collateral.

Requirements include 4+ years in creative services within a corporate/financial setting, advanced Adobe CC skills, and strong MS Office capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in creative services in a corporate or financial environment.
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design applications.
• Experience proofreading presentations and knowledge of external print processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality presentations in various formats including conceptual and layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, infographics, and icons.
• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging formats.
• Work as part of the graphics and presentations team producing pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Creative Director on design projects.
• Assist with pitch book materials using MS Office and provide conceptual and visual solutions for client materials.
• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand concepts and translate them visually; adapt to different requirements.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accuracy against style briefs.
• Organize work to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Proactively contribute creative ideas and trends aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure smooth handover with Presentations colleagues and design teams.
• Engage with clients to capture detailed specifications and briefs, recording instructions for global designers to use.
• Record and summarize client instructions and brief designers on requirements.

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Presentation & Graphics Designer
• This will start off as a 12-month contract role

The Job

• Produce high-quality presentations in a range of formats including conceptual designs, layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, etc.
• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging format
• Working as part of the graphics and presentations team that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.
• Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects
• Assist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.
• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.
• Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style and brief.
• Organize work effectively to ensure deadlines are met
• Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business objectives
• Ensure that a smooth handover occurs with Presentations colleagues, as well as design teams
• Proactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to use
• Record and summarize client instructions for designers and brief them on client requirements, if needed

The Talent

• At least 4 years in the field of creative services in a corporate, client service environment; ideally in a financial institution (Investment Banking / Asset Management / financial industry or similar experience)
• Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applications
• Experience of proofreading presentations
• Knowledge of external print processes
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Understanding of foundational GenAI usage/application in Firefly and Adobe CC apps
• Proven organization and time management skills
