The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher in a related field and proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Visual Communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and information design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional presentation design and formatting support for banking clients.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitchbooks, reports and other materials per branding standards.
• Transform data into clear, engaging visual presentations with charts and infographics.
• Create video editing and post-production support for internal and external events.
• Collaborate with bankers and stakeholders to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Support other creative and multimedia projects as needed.

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Video Specialist to join an outsourced presentation services team supporting a leading international bank. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in presentation design and visual communication who is interested in developing their skills within a professional banking environment while gaining exposure to multimedia and emerging creative technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional presentation design and formatting support to banking clients on premises.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitchbooks, reports and other business materials in accordance with corporate branding standards.
• Conceptualize creative ideas and transform data, information and business content into clear and engaging visual presentations.
• Create charts, diagrams, infographics and other visual elements to effectively communicate financial and business information.
• Provide video editing and post-production support for internal communications, corporate events and external events.
• Work closely with bankers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality materials within agreed timelines.
• Support other creative and multimedia projects when required.

About you

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good sense of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and information design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a professional corporate environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge or hands‑on experience with AI prompting / generative AI tools and Blender would be an advantage.
