Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd, partnering with a leading bank, seeks a Presentation & Graphics Designer for a 12-month contract. You will produce high-quality presentations, handle concept-to-delivery visuals, and collaborate with a graphics team to craftpitch books and marketing collateral.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate creative services (financial sector preferred), strong Adobe CC skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), proofreading

Qualifications

• 4+ years in creative services in corporate/client service environment (financial industry preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard graphic design applications including the Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience proofreading presentations and knowledge of external print processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Creative Cloud apps: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Understanding of GenAI usage/application in Firefly and Adobe CC apps.

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Presentation & Graphics Designer
• This will start off as a 12-month contract role

The Job

• Produce high-quality presentations in a range of formats including conceptual designs, layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, etc.
• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging format
• Working as part of the graphics and presentations team that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.
• Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects
• Assist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.
• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.
• Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style and brief.
• Organize work effectively to ensure deadlines are met
• Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business goals
• Ensure that a smooth handover occurs with Presentations colleagues, as well as design teams
• Proactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to use
• Record and summarize client instructions for designers and brief them on client requirements, if needed

The Talent

• At least 4 years in the field of creative services in a corporate, client service environment; ideally in a financial institution (Investment Banking / Asset Management / financial industry or similar experience)
• Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applications
• Experience of proofreading presentations
• Knowledge of external print processes
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Understanding of foundational GenAI usage/application in Firefly and Adobe CC apps
• Proven organization and time management skills
