Job summary

ESHKOL VALLEY @ YISHUN PTE. LTD. seeks a Childcare Principal (DPE-L/DECCE-L/L2) to provide strong leadership, manage the centre and deliver a high-quality curriculum at our Yishun campus.

You will oversee staff development, wellbeing and performance, ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and SPARK, and cultivate a supportive, collaborative learning community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Preschool/Leadership, with leadership training.
• ECDA registration and L2 certification required/preferred.
• SPARK 2.0 experience will be preferred.
• First aid certificate recognised by ECDA is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership of staff, management of centre and delivery of quality centre curriculum; oversee daily operations.
• Oversee professional development and wellbeing of staff.
• Stay informed of government regulations and quality assurance framework (Child Care Act, SPARK) and ensure compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent
• Registered with ECDA and attained a L2 certification
• Principals with SPARK 2.0 experience will be preferred.
• Possess valid certificate in first aid recognised by ECDA
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
