BLUE HOUSE CHILDCARE (KAY SIANG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Principal to lead educators in delivering a high-quality early childhood programme inspired by Reggio Emilia. You will drive pedagogical excellence, foster collaboration with families, and support children's holistic learning in a diverse community.

As Principal, you will guide curriculum development, mentor staff, and strengthen partnerships with parents to ensure a nurturing and inclusive environment for young learners.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Leadership.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire educators to implement the Reggio Emilia approach, enhancing pedagogical practices and curriculum development.
• Facilitate intentional observation, documentation, and reflection to communicate children’s learning effectively through verbal and written means.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents to support children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Advocate for children’s rights to a holistic and integrated learning experience.
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth centre operations.
• Utilize Google Suite tools to coordinate communication and documentation within the team.
• Adapt leadership and problem-solving approaches to meet the needs of a diverse international community.
• Foster a creative and flexible environment that encourages innovative thinking and continuous improvement.
