MapleBear Holdings PTE. LTD. North-East is seeking a passionate Preschool Principal to lead the centre's daily operations, drive enrolment growth and develop the teaching team. You will maintain high standards of education and service, ensuring a nurturing environment for children, educators and families.

The role requires ECDA compliance knowledge, strong leadership and the ability to mentor teachers, engage parents and manage budgets.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or ECDA-equivalent qualification.
• Meets ECDA requirements for appointment as a Preschool Principal.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in the early childhood sector.
• Strong knowledge of ECDA regulations and preschool operational requirements.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage centre operations, enrolment targets and staff performance.
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to children's well-being.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced Preschool Principal to join our MapleBear family at North-East.

The ideal candidate is a strong and inspiring leader who believes in providing quality early childhood education while creating a nurturing, safe and positive environment for children, educators and families.

As a Preschool Principal, you will play a key role in leading the centre's daily operations, driving enrolment growth, developing your teaching team and maintaining high standards of education and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the preschool.

• Ensure full compliance with ECDA regulations, licensing requirements and safety standards.

• Lead, mentor and motivate teachers to maintain high standards of teaching and professionalism.

• Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, staff development and retention.

• Build strong relationships with parents and ensure excellent communication and customer service.

• Drive enrolment growth through effective parent engagement, centre tours and community outreach.

• Monitor centre performance, operational budgets, manpower planning and resource utilisation.

• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure quality teaching and learning experiences.

• Manage parent feedback and resolve concerns professionally and effectively.

• Work closely with management to achieve the centre's operational and educational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or other ECDA-recognised equivalent qualification.

• Meets ECDA requirements for appointment as a Preschool Principal.
