Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader in Early Childhood Education to drive initiatives for educator growth and implement a holistic curriculum. This role requires overseeing operations and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training, along with at least 3 years of managerial experience in Pre-School Centers.

• Degree in Early Childhood Education and Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) accredited by ECDA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
