Job summary

The role requires following the daily menu, accommodating dietary requirements, and ensuring nutritious, hygienic meals are served on time. Responsibilities include maintaining proper food storage, keeping equipment and utensils clean and organised, and adhering to food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking or food preparation.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Able to prepare meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Responsible, organised and able to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
