Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen assistant to support meal preparation for children in a preschool setting, adhering to healthy eating guidelines and ECDA SOPs.

Responsibilities include safe handling and storage of ingredients, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, and assisting with cooking and related tasks as directed by the supervisor. Prior preschool food handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• O Level or equivalent certificate required.
• Food & Hygiene Certificate required.

• Prepare meals for children following healthy eating guidelines.
• Handle, store, and prepare ingredients safely and hygienically.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, toilets, floors and centre premises.
• Wash utensils and clean/disinfect workstations and equipment per SOPs.
• Refill toiletries, empty bins, maintain cleaning supplies.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
