Job summary

Quesscorp Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable presales specialist to address technical business solution needs for partners and end users. You will deliver presentations, perform demos and POCs, prepare proposals and SOWs, and provide training and enablement to ensure successful opportunities.

You will work closely with product managers and channel managers to bring deals to closure and maintain timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent.
• Min 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT network and cybersecurity domain.
• Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure environment.
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and personal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in listed brands will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales support including presentations, demos, POC, proposal writing, and SOW documentation.
• Deliver training and enablement to partners and end-users.
• Collaborate with product managers and channel account managers to close opportunities.
• Present vendor solutions to partners and end-users independently.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.

• Primarily responsible for solving technical business solution needs of partner and/or end user by providing presales support in the following areas:
• Presentation
• Demo
• POC
• proposal writing
• compliance table
• Statement of Work (SOW)
• Training/Product Enablement
• Develop working proficiency and obtain certifications on assigned products and technologies through self-directed and formal training
• Responsible for conducting hands-on POC independently
• Independently present vendor's solution to partners and end-users
• Provide updates and trainings to partners and end-users when required
• Collaborate, work closely and support product managers and channel account managers, in bringing opportunities to closure
• Provide timely and accurate reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent
• Min 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT network and Cybersecurity domain
• Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure environment
• Process good analytical, communication, interpersonal and personal skill
• Good attitude with willingness to learn
