Job summary

Anchor Search Group Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven IT professional to deploy and configure cloud solutions, automate cloud operations, and participate in PoCs and demonstrations. The role includes server administration, pre-sales support, and preparing technical proposals for partners and end users.

The candidate will also assist the Product Manager in promoting solutions, deliver technical presentations, and maintain relevant certifications while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Studies or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of IT-related experience, preferably networking, security or systems.
• Experience with network and security products (firewall, router, switch).
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and adapt to customer environments.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure cloud solutions in the cloud environment.
• Automate cloud operations with infrastructure automation scripts.

• Provide technical support for PoC planning, execution and evaluation.
• Obtain and maintain relevant technical certifications to enhance knowledge.
• Prepare and submit weekly activity reports.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure solutions in the cloud
• Automate cloud operations, develop infrastructure automation scripts and participate in the continuous improvement of cloud solutions
• Participate in the specification, setup and run Proof of Concepts (POC)and demonstrations of cloud solutions
• Administer and maintain servers across virtual platforms
• Provide pre-sales technical support for IT systems and security solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs and supporting documentation
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions for partners and end users
• Support the Product Manager in promoting solutions and developing sales opportunities
• Provide technical support for Proof of Concept (POC) planning, execution and evaluation
• Obtain and maintain relevant technical certifications to enhance product knowledge and technical capabilities
• Prepare and submit weekly reports covering technical activities, customer engagements, pre-sales activities, sales opportunities, project progress, POC status and outstanding issues

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Studies or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT related field, preferably in networking, security or systems.
• Experience in Network and Security products (Eg. Firewall, Router and Switch)
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to different customer working environments.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Be dynamic, organised, systematic and self-motivated.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills.
• Be willing to work extended hours, including outside normal office hours, when required.
