Fortuna Italian Restaurant in Singapore is hiring servers to greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. You will provide warm, professional service and tailor recommendations to guest preferences.

You will master menu items, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials; maintain clean stations; and collaborate with hosts, bar and kitchen teams. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required; five-day work week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server in a fast-paced or premium dining environment preferred.
• Positive, professional appearance and attitude.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 5 days’ work week.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Check guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and service areas.
• Reset tables quickly between seatings.
• Follow opening, shift, and closing duties as per standards.
• Collaborate with hosts, runners, bar, and kitchen teams.
• Attend pre-shift briefings and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Support team during busy periods with a team-first attitude.
