Job summary

Qualifications

• Best with working experience in a restaurant, hospitality management and/or other related fields.
• Friendly, service oriented and comfortable when interacting with customers.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining good service standards.
• Attend to guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with cashiering, opening and closing duties.
• Perform other service-related duties when assigned by Manager.
