Job summary

INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Premium Services Manager to lead end-to-end lounge operations at Changi Airport, including service delivery, F&B, housekeeping, staff performance, and compliance, while driving guest satisfaction and commercial success.

You will manage multiple lounges, oversee project readiness for renovations, mentor supervisors, build key airline partnerships, and ensure adherence to SOPs, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or airport operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing service delivery, food & beverage, and housekeeping functions.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles, team leadership, and commercial client management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with reporting tools.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per airport operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of lounge operations including service delivery, F&B, and cleanliness.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of service, kitchen, housekeeping, and support staff; optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure SOPs, safety guidelines, and service protocols comply with authority and corporate requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key airline clients and stakeholders; manage SLAs and contracts.
• Support business development efforts for lounge expansion and new initiatives; participate in market research and proposals.
• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports related to lounge performance; ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
