Job summary

INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Premium Services Manager to lead end-to-end operations of the premium lounges at Changi Airport, including service delivery, F&B, housekeeping, staff performance, compliance and guest satisfaction.

You will drive standards and guest experience while supporting business development and key account management. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and the ability to oversee complex operations with multiple teams and external partners,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality or airport operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong customer service, people management and client handling.
• Experience maintaining standards for premium lounge environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, phasing, construction and readiness of lounge renovations.
• Provide weekly project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with Airport Authority, Airlines and other stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of lounges for First/Business Class passengers.
• Maintain high standards in F&B, service and cleanliness.
• Lead and schedule service, kitchen, housekeeping and support staff.
• Implement SOPs, safety guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Maintenance and external vendors.
• Provide direction, mentorship and performance evaluations to staff.
• Identify training needs and oversee development initiatives.
• Monitor guest feedback and conduct quality assurance checks.
• Enhance guest journey and lounge offerings based on needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key airline clients; manage SLAs and contracts.
• Support business development for lounge expansion and new initiatives.
• Prepare operational and financial reports; ensure compliance with health, safety and brand guidelines.
