Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a Lounge Ambassador to deliver exemplary service in our lounge environment in Singapore. You will support the lounge team, handle guest requests, and ensure a high standard of safety, cleanliness and hospitality.

This role focuses on personalising experiences for high-value travelers and contributing to a memorable lounge journey. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or luxury service, strong English communication, and a flexible attitude to shifts and duties

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English is mandatory; local language a plus (Cantonese/Putonghua desirable).
• 1–2 years relevant working experience in hotel/hospitality or luxury service is desirable.
• Customer oriented, energetic with outgoing personality; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support Lounge Supervisor to manage lounge team.
• Oversee customer requests for the lounge and consolidate feedback for improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with standards on safety and cleanliness.
• Interact with customers to deliver personalized lounge experiences for high-value guests.
• Conduct lounge tours for VIPs and events as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in regular trainings.
