Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Insurance, Business, or Administration preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of Health and Life Claims or Customer Service experience.
• Strong understanding of life plans, integrated shield plans, and claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary servicing contact for Health & Protection Club members and customers.
• Respond promptly to claims-related enquiries and provide guidance on requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end tracking of claims and ensure timely updates.
• Manage a portfolio of servicing cases and liaise with Claims Assessors for status updates.
• Support agency and internal teams, delivering empathetic customer experiences.
• Maintain records, meet turnaround times, and support governance and compliance.
