Prudential Singapore is seeking an experienced Claims Servicing specialist to support Health & Protection Club members. You will act as the primary contact for claims inquiries, adjudicate health and life claims, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions with a superior customer experience.

The role emphasizes relationship management, service excellence, and governance, with a focus on timely updates and policy adherence.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Insurance, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in Health and Life Claims, Customer Service, or Insurance Operations.
• Strong knowledge of life plans and health insurance claims processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary servicing contact for assigned H&P Club members and customers.
• Coordinate end-to-end tracking of claims cases and provide timely updates.
• Escort advisers and customers through the claims journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain records and support reporting on service performance and metrics.
• Ensure adherence to Prudential policies and governance.
