Job summary

SHUGAR AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to deliver proactive, customer-oriented support across calls, WhatsApp, SMS and other messaging channels. You will handle enquiries, manage appointments and ensure high-quality, personalised client experiences.

The role focuses on clear telephone communication, strong written messaging, and a genuine passion for exceptional customer service within a premium beauty setting.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone communication skills and outbound calling ability.
• Excellent written communication across messaging channels.
• Comfortable engaging with customers daily via phone and text messages.
• Professional, courteous communication with diverse customers.
• Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections and book appointments.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls and messages via WhatsApp, SMS, respond.io and other channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries while upholding premium service standards.
• Proactively contact prospective clients to understand needs and assist with appointments.
• Follow up on enquiries from marketing campaigns to maximise conversions.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and therapists to ensure smooth appointments and personalised service.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and treatment records.
