HSBC Singapore is seeking a Wealth Manager to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team. You will engage clients, advise on their financial goals, and help upgrade to Premier Banking by delivering tailored wealth solutions.

The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, providing needs-based investment and insurance guidance, and maintaining compliance with bank policies. Diploma/degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• To be successful you will need a Diploma/Degree and relevant customer service experience.
• New graduates and/or those with proven sales experience are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Highly driven to excel in both customer service and sales, thriving in a focused and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Share HSBC Premier Propositions and engage customers to deepen relationships and upgrade to Premier Banking.
• Adopt a needs-based approach to advise and provide recommendations aligned with customers' financial objectives.
• Develop and implement wealth preservation and wealth accumulation plans using investment & insurance solutions.
• Build and entrench customer relationships, manage queries, issues, feedback and complaints with appropriate advice and in line with SLA.
