Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Premier Banking Consultant in Singapore to engage affluent clients primarily through remote channels with occasional in-person meetings. You will handle a broad range of client servicing and sales, respond to inquiries, perform KYC updates, and conduct portfolio reviews to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and CFMAS certification, with experience in Premier or Priority Banking and strong communication skills.

• Manage affluent clients primarily through remote channels with occasional in-person engagement.
• Handle a broad range of client servicing and sales matters with timely, accurate execution.
• Respond to client enquiries, feedback and complaints efficiently, coordinating with internal stakeholders for prompt resolution.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and perform KYC updates in line with compliance requirements.
• Identify and refer clients with wealth, investment or insurance needs to Relationship Managers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Premier Banking products to offer tailored solutions and drive business growth.
