Job summary

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking a Wealth Manager to engage clients, advise on financial objectives, and develop wealth preservation and accumulation plans. The role focuses on deepening relationships, recommending investment and insurance solutions, and handling inquiries within service and regulatory SLAs.

The position requires a Diploma/Degree with customer service experience, and new graduates or those with sales experience are welcomed.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree qualification with relevant customer service experience.
New graduate and/or with proven sales experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adaptability and willingness to learn.
Highly driven to excel in both customer service and sales, thriving in a focused and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Share HSBC Premier Propositions, engage customers to deepen relationship and upgrade to our Premier Banking.
Advise and provide recommendations in line with customers' financial objectives.
Develop and implement wealth preservation and wealth accumulation plans using investment & insurance solutions.
Build and entrench customer relationships, manage queries, issues and feedback with guidance and SLA expectations.
Reach out to our client base with assigned contacts and ensure transactions are executed with minimal errors and compliance.
