Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to Relationship Managers and Team Heads by managing and executing operational functions in customer service.
• Deliver high standards of service by ensuring efficient, timely and quality support to customers.
• Maintain high standards of operational and risk compliance with Group standards and local regulations.
• Own customer feedback and complaints, including investigation, follow-up and resolution per service standards.
• Identify service gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
