Job summary

PBA Group is seeking a driven professional to lead the Precision Robotics product line in Singapore. You will own the lifecycle, drive new product launches, and collaborate with the local sales team on pricing and market strategy.

You will gather market and competitor insights across regional and international markets to steer development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support sales in capturing opportunities at exhibitions and through targeted promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering and/or business or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in automation/precision stages or related field.
• Knowledge of control systems, linear motion, and related technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel and work independently to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Own the Precision Robotics business; manage precision stage solutions, new product launches, and sales strategy with local sales team.
• Understand local market pricing and competitor strategy to boost market share.
• Plan and coordinate Customer and Product Requirements; define architecture strategy incl. performance, specs, cost, price, and reliability targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, Support, and other teams to execute product plans and drive promotion and training.
• Conduct market analysis to provide R&D with market requirements and strategic direction.
• Participate in symposia, trade shows, and exhibitions to stay informed on competitive technologies and present papers.
• Prepare competitive analyses and develop counter-strategies for products.
• Consolidate and share success stories from local markets and leverage best practices internationally.
• Support sales teams in engaging potential customers to close opportunities and attend industry events.
