Private Advertiser is seeking a Marketing Manager in Singapore to plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing initiatives targeting enterprise customers, partners, and channels. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to translate complex robotic solutions into business value.

You will shape strategy, run demand gen campaigns, develop content, and collaborate with sales, partnerships, and technical teams to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably robotics, automation, industrial tech, or SaaS.
• Proven track record in demand generation, digital marketing, and brand building in a high-growth env.
• Strong storytelling and communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales priorities.
• Define target markets, personas, and positioning for mobile robotics products.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, and content marketing to drive qualified leads.
• Manage marketing automation and CRM to support lead nurturing and conversion.
• Create content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos) communicating business value of robotics.
• Collaborate with sales to provide marketing materials, decks, and ROI calculators.
