JEP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure quality of incoming materials and final products through precise inspections and measurements. You will stop production for nonconformances and generate NCR reports to drive corrective actions.

The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, experience with Zeiss CMM software, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Hands-on use of calipers, micrometres and profile projectors is essential.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience using Zeiss CMM software for inspection.
• Ability to analyse and interpret CMM measurement data.
• Proficient in reading/understanding engineering drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on with calipers, micrometres, profile projectors and other inspection tools.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Responsible for QA of incoming materials inspection.
• Authorized to stop production or delivery for nonconformances.
• Perform final inspection and maintain product quality per customer standards.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain clean work area.
• Conduct in-house calibration activities per plan.
• Prepare QA reports for outgoing products.
• Raise NCR reports for nonconforming products.
