Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure dimensional accuracy of sheet metal, precision machined, and fabricated components across the manufacturing process. You will interpret drawings and GD&T, and use CMM and FARO systems to verify conformity, while supporting FAIRs and non-conformance processes.

The role demands 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and meticulous documentation aligned with customer and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Strong GD&T knowledge per ASME Y14.5 or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant inspection experience in sheet metal and machined parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, first article, and final dimensional inspections on sheet metal, machined, and fabricated components.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to determine inspection criteria and measurement methods.
• Operate and program CMM and FARO equipment; generate inspection reports and FAIRs.
• Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials; initiate NCR/NCMR processes.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and uphold 5S and quality procedures.
