Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. seeks a QA/Manufacturing Inspector to support accuracy of parts through precise measurement and inspection processes.

You will use calipers, micrometers, CMM, AOI, gauges, and microscopes to ensure GD&T conformance and document results against BOM and specs. You will perform IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspections, classify defects, manage NCRs, and implement corrective actions. The role includes strict ESD control, cleanroom procedures, and safety practices within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Familiar with IQC/IPQC/OQC inspections and corrective actions.
• Able to classify defects and participate in NCR processes.
• Knowledge of ESD control and cleanroom protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate measuring equipment (caliper, micrometer, CMM, AOI, microscope) and document results.
• Interpret drawings, BOM, and specs to verify conformance.
• Conduct IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspections and report variances.
• Classify defects and initiate NCRs with corrective actions.
• Maintain ESD control, cleanroom protocol, and safety practices.
