is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Precast Manager to oversee multiple condominium projects in the main construction sector in Singapore. The role focuses on precast shop drawings, production scheduling, and on-site coordination with consultants and yards. You will conduct daily QA/QC inspections, ensure timely delivery, and resolve production or technical issues across several concurrent projects, while maintaining a professional and proactive

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in precast coordination in condominium project
• Experience in aluminium façade works will be an added advantage
